Still Photography Rates:
Mini photo session:
Lasting a 1/2 hour on location, this session yields up to 10 fully edited images on a CD. You may print from the CD as you wish. $110
Standard photo session:
Lasting up to 1 hour on location, this session yields up 20-30 fully edited images on a CD. You may print from the CD as you wish. This session is for 1-4 people and/or children/pets. $200
Family photo session:
Lasting up to 3 hours on location, this session yields 30-40 fully edited images on a CD. You may print from the CD as you wish. This session is for up to 10 people and /or children/pets. For additional subjects add $10 per subject. $250
Filming Rates:
Special Events: $495 flat rate, up to 3 hours of shooting. $125 for every additional hour.
This package includes, 2 cameras with tripod & Steadicam equipment. No lighting or sound tech provided, event organizer shall be responsible.
Editing for the event is included and most videos run time should not exceed 1 hour. Standard run time 5-18 minutes.
Daily Rates: $1,000 day rate for crew of 3, 2 cameras, tripod, Steadicam, jib crane, & dolly. Lighting & sound technicians.
Corporate Events: $1250 Daily rate, includes 3 crew members, 2 cameras, tripod, Steadicam, jib crane, and dolly. Lighting & sound technicians.
Note: Extra $150 setup & delivery charge for boom & jib crane, along with dolly track.
Editing Rates: $125 per hour, editing shall include but will not be limited to the following, rough cuts, multiple sequences, & versions, client feedback & approval of final product. Hourly rates reflect time spent on individual projects & include scripting, story boarding, & revisions. Final sequences will be composed after clients approval & no formatting & or output will be completed until signed contact is agreed upon.
Sound mixing & Soundtrack mastering: $150 per hour, to include but will not be limited to the following, 3 crew members plus cost of musicians at $35 per hour fee with 3 hour minimum for each musician needed.
Scripting & Writing, unless outsourcing or subcontracting needed we may use 2 staff writers for hand written & or electronic scripts. Rough drafts all the way to finished product. Terms and conditions are not final until signed contract is agreed upon by all parties.
VHS to DVD Conversion 10$ per every two hours of VHS footage converted to DVD. High quality 1080i video along with stereo audio. Menu screens & chapter lists. Each DVD will have hand written titles unless customer request a printed DVD. Other cost, terms & conditions apply.
